I have these FABULOUS new initial wine glasses!! They are ohh so cute! They are acrylic with fun and funky fabric and they actually help keep your wine (or drink of choice) COLD!! Love them! I have one that I use all the time...actually sipping from it right now!  We have all letters in stock.  Glasses measure 7"x4" give or take and are $15 each.

Best Dressed Family at Disney!!

A friend of mine is taking here family to Disney World in October!!  She has 5 grandchildren that are sure to be the best dressed bunch there!  Everyday they are going to dress alike and this is one of the outfits... I can't wait to see a picture of them all dressed up!!

Children's Aprons!!

We are excited to offer Children's Aprons!! These are great for helping in the kitchen or for "trying" to stay clean while doing arts and crafts.  We have a variety of aprons and any applique and name can be added.  Let us know what you think!!  These will make great gifts!!  It's almost that time of year to be thinking of gifts....hint hint!!  Aprons are $25 that includes and applique and a name.  These are just a few of our designs...any applique can be used.

Waffle Weave hand towels

Well, like I mentioned in yesterday's post we are growing and changing!  We are venturing out to other areas besides childrens shirts.  We will contiue to grow our childrens line but we have had several request for other personalized and appliqued items.  So... here we go!  We picked up some waffle weave hand towels at market last week and today appliqued crosses on them.  We used several different fabrics in hopes they would match your kitchen or perhaps even your bathroom.  What do you think?? We will have other designs available soon such as a pineapple, a plain monogram and a fleur de lis.  Do you have any suggestions?  All hand towels are $12 or two for $20.  If we don't have a fabric listed that matches your house let us know and we will work with you to find the perfect colors.

Big News!!! We are Growing!!

Designs by MuMu is excited to announce that we are Growing!!  We can now be found in 2 retail stores.  Short n' Sweet Consignment in Homewood, Alabama and Emma's in Pulaski, Tennessee.  We are excited about this new venture.  We are looking to expand even further.  If you know of a store that Designs by MuMu would fit perfectly in, please leave a comment and let us know.  If your suggestion comes to fruition we will give you a free item!  Locations can be anywhere!! 

Not only are we Growing within the retail store market we are expanding our product line.  We started out making childrens shirts, and baby items.  While that is still our number 1 seller we have ventured into other areas.  We now offer adult shirts, bridal party shirts, monogramed and appliqued tea towels, aprons, key fobs, pillows, monogramed wine glasses and much more!  We returned from the Atlanta market last week with lots of new items on order.  Once everything starts to arrive we will let you know. 

What started out as simply sewing for my niece and nephew has turned into A LOT more- and we are over the top excited and blessed! 

Going Greek!

We are working on a BIG project for the new KD pledge class at Birmingham Southern College and couldn't be more excited!!  My cousin Jennifer is in charge of new member gifts and we are working together to find the perfect gifts for the "new girls."  These cute tote bags will get a lot of use I am sure. 

We also have hats that we are working on but I don't have picutres to share just yet. 

We have the full line of greek letters and can do any sorority or fraternity letters that you need.  We also have the above tote bags in several different colors and will have key fobs to monogram in a week or two.  We are open for suggestions- actually we love your suggestions!!
